The New Starbucks CEO, Brian Niccol, Belongs to White Ethnic Roots and Embraces American Nationality

Former chairman and CEO of Chipotle Mexican Grill, Brian Niccol, holds American nationality and belongs to white ethnicity and was recently appointed as the CEO of Starbucks, replacing the Indian-origin CEO, Laxman Narasimhan.

Born on 16th August 1974, Brian R. Niccol spent his childhood in Orange County, California, United States.

He completed his undergraduate degree at Miami University with a strong focus on technology for marketing purposes.

Later, he earned an MBA degree from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, building on experiences at Procter & Gamble Co. 

From childhood, he has always focused on the market, starting with a lawn mowing operation and eventually becoming a brand manager and CEO.

Thus, Brian Niccol is a marketing expert who has managed multiple brands, including Chipotle, Taco Bell, and Pizza Hut.

Brian Niccol is of American nationality and belongs to white ethnic roots. His father and mother are also from the United States and follow American culture and festivals.

Additionally, Brian and his family are Christians who celebrate Christmas together every year.

His parents raised him in a bustling tourist region, which also influenced his values. Unfortunately, he has not disclosed any information about his parents. 

Some sources mention that he grew up in a large Italian family, which suggests that he has an Italian heritage.

Brian Niccol is married to Jennifer Niccol, a former school teacher. They currently reside in Newport Beach, California.

They married in 2001, and their first child was born in 2004. The other two children were born in 2007 and 2011 respectively.

His wife is crucial in supporting and influencing Brian’s success and is very caring.

Brian spills that their kids have a creative spirit and enjoy attending baseball games and dance recitals together.

He reveals that his second son shows interest in food, especially Taco Bell’s menu items, which shows a connection to Brian’s career.

Therefore, the Niccol family shares a deep bond, and Brian feels at his best when he can go home to dinner with his wife.
