Former Employees Alleged MrBeast Hired Charles Jefferson as a Manager Despite His Criminal Background
American Internet Celebrity MrBeast is facing backlash on social media for allegedly hiring a disputation individual, Charles Jefferson, as a manager at his studio.
Charles Robert Jefferson, also known as “Delaware,” was a manager for MrBeast (James Stephen “Jimmy” Donaldson), one of YouTube’s most popular content creators.
Born in Greenville, NC, on October 12, 1987, he was convicted for offenses involving minors.
Recently, he has been at the center of discussion due to allegations that he is a registered molester.
Charles Jefferson Was Appointed as the Manager of MrBeast Studios With a Hefty Salary
Recently, numerous posts have surfaced online presenting evidence related to Mr. Beast and his manager, Charles Jefferson.
This began after a screenshot of a government report from 2010 about him re-surfaced on X, formerly known as Twitter. Users claimed that Jefferson had targeted a victim between the ages of 1 and 11.
According to the report, he was also charged with fourth-degree molestation and other related charges.
Moreover, former employees of MrBeast have claimed that he knowingly hired Jefferson despite his criminal background.

Additionally, Jefferson is Jake the Viking’s brother-in-law and used to be his manager before Jake left MrBeast four years ago.
Jake has also been involved in the recent discussion. He defended Jefferson and claimed that Mr. Beast knowingly hired him despite his past criminal activities.
These allegations have sparked significant backlash and discussions about employers’ responsibility to examine their staff, especially in environments involving young audiences.
In April 2010, Jefferson was apprehended and sent to prison for accused of assaulting an 11-year-old girl.
He was then released in 2018 and was jobless for over a year. After that, he worked as a plumber and electrician at MrBeast warehouse.
After working there for some time, he was hired by MrBeast as his studio manager and has also appeared in several of MrBeast’s videos.
Now, he is no longer MrBeast’s manager and was fired following accusations and discussions surrounding his past.
